EXP Guildline

EXP is what you need to be definately stronger IC.

There will be a EXP forum where you can put up ANY IC topic you were in for EXP.

A moderator/admin will grade it on Quality of Writing, Length, and English.

EXP can bring up your total rank IC.

You will start in C Rank.

B Rank = 1000 EXP

B+ Rank = 2000 EXP

A Rank = 3000 EXP

A+ Rank = 4000 EXP

S Rank = 5000 EXP

SS Rank = 6000 EXP

Each rank you go up you can go up 1 with two of your stats.
EX:
David has made it to B Rank.
His Stats Right Now.
Lesson 1.

Offense: Average
Defense: Average
Resilience: Average
Intelligence: Trainee

He now wants to update his offense.

Offense: Trainee
Defense: Average
Resilience: Average
Intelligence: Trainee.

He feels like he wants to update his offense some more, but he cannot.

So he updates his Defense.

Offense: Trainee.
Defense: Trainee.
Resilience: Average.
Intelligence: Trainee.

So now he has to wait for a moderator or admin to approve his status and to transport it to his application.
